Ordering

 We inventory some pieces in our showroom, such as rocking chairs, dining tables, small tables, etc. For custom orders, you may have a waiting period of two to twelve months. Time depends on the size of the job and whether or not we can run it with another job. We can give you a firm date (within thirty days) when you place your order. We take a 75% deposit on all custom work. The balance is due on delivery or before shipment. Our work is guaranteed for material and craftsmanship. When custom ordering, we take the time to learn and understand exactly what you want regarding size, design, wood selection, and construction methods and finish. We will then give you a complete invoice detailing what you have ordered. On large items or orders, in person or phone conversation is recommended.

 Shipping

    A side chair will ship by UPS for approximately $30.00. Larger items are put in wood crates and shipped by a chosen freight company. We also do personal delivery at 90 cents per mile both ways. We give the customer the choice. Depending on the size, value of the job and distance, the customer may choose personal delivery to avoid the crate and freight charge as well as the inconvenience of taking apart a crate that may weigh 100 to 400 pounds and then disposing of the crate. All shipments are insured.
